About Warli Painting is a traditional folk and tribal art workshop in which participants learn to make attractive artworks using simple white patterns and figures on a coloured background. It is one of the well-known traditional art forms of India and is loved for its graceful and meaningful style.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to draw Warli human figures, animals, trees, birds and village life scenes with the help of simple lines, circles and triangles. They will also learn composition, border design and basic decorative elements used in Warli painting. This activity is fun, creative and also helps in understanding Indian traditional art.
