About Mosaic Art is an attractive and enjoyable DIY craft workshop where participants learn how to make beautiful decorative artworks using small pieces of tiles and simple tools. By arranging colourful tile pieces in different patterns, a plain surface can be turned into a stylish and artistic handmade piece.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to cut or break tiles into small pieces, create a design layout and place the pieces properly on the chosen base. They may make floral patterns, geometric motifs, borders, names, abstract designs or decorative compositions on boards, trays, frames or other suitable items. With proper guidance, participants will also learn neat fixing and finishing techniques.
